Paul Lawrence, BSc., M.S., Ph.D.

A molecular microbiologist and immunologist, Dr. Lawrence was formerlyan assistant professor in the Department of Veterinary Microbiology at the Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine. His research focus at WSU was on understanding the molecular-interaction of host-pathogen dynamics and immunological basis of cattle, sheep and wild sheep diseases. At Newport, Dr. Lawrence is responsible for development and licensure of modified live vaccines.
