Education: Tracy holds a Masters of Science degree in Food Science and Nutrition from the University of Minnesota.

Industry Experience: Tracy has ten years of experience working in the autogenous vaccine industry. Prior to that, she spent five years working in the food industry as a quality assurance manager, and in research as a food microbiologist.
